Signing Up For An Account

We encourage you to sign up for an account. It is easier to find all your order numbers and histories, track your package, and process returns.

Pre-Order Policy

We will release some products for pre-order from time to time. If you sign up for the waitlist, you will have the advantage of pre-order the product before it releases to the public. Please note that the pre-order quantities are limited. Once they are sold out during pre-order, they will not be available to order later and will not be restocked. Therefore, we encourage you to place the order when you receive the back-in-stock email notification to secure your size and unit.

Estimated Shipping Time:

Sometimes, the estimated shipping time might take a few weeks or a couple of months. Detail can be found in the first paragraph under each product description. You can also find the red Pre-order sign on the top right corner of the product photo.

Please note that the estimated delivery time is not guaranteed and the brand might change it due to the actual manufacture and shipping process time. If the estimated shipping time is at the end of the month, we should have a more accurate date in the second or third week of the month when we receive the tracking from the brand. Please check the description under the product page constantly for any shipping updates or CONTACT US if you need assistance.

Processing Time:

Pre-order is the same as the normal ordering process. You will be paying the full amount including the shipping method you choose. You will receive a pre-order confirmation email. Once the order arrives at the warehouse and is ready to dispatch, we will take care of everything and send you a shipping confirmation email. Your favorite order will deliver to your doorstep in 1 to 2 days!

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that you might place the order without noticing it is a pre-order item or regret it. Don’t worry, we can cancel it! In order to release the item to other customers who are also interested in it asap, the cancellation must be made WITHIN 3 DAYS from the day you place your order (AKA the ORDER DATE on the order confirmation email that we send you).

Due to the limited pre-order processing time frame and to streamline the pre-order process, we cannot make any changes to the order after the pre-order closing date. The payment has been made to the brand so the products have already gone into production. Any cancellation made after the 3 days window will be refunded as a store credit. If you need to change the shipping address, please email us and we will notify the warehouse.

Please note that all the payments require processing fees and we will cover them for you when you place the order. However, these fees are non-refundable when issuing a refund, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please find the refund detail here.

Returns + Exchanges:

The return and exchange process is the same as the regular Returns + Exchanges, except for the 30-day return period. The return and exchange must be made WITHIN 30 DAYS from the day your order arrives at your door (AKA the DELIVERED DATE on the courier’s tracking page that we send you) for items in BRAND NEW condition. Item must arrive on the 30th day. Otherwise, we will not issue a refund and the item will be returned to you.
