Before you submit the return form, please double-check if your item is eligible for return or exchange with the points highlighted below and click the link or the pink tabs below to see the details:

No matter what your reason for return or exchange is, please DO NOT REQUEST TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION, DO NOT REQUEST A RETURN, and DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING if your item falls under any categories below:

• Return Restrictions.

• Outside of the 30-day return window.

• Any items from "Last Call" or marked as "Final Sale" here or here.

• Ineligible for return.

• Unauthorized returns: Please DO NOT return your item to the address on the shipping label we sent you. The return address is different. Please understand that we are not responsible for the loss of the return package without our consent, and we will not refund you. Unauthorized returns received at our warehouse will be rejected and returned to you. You will be responsible for any applicable freight charges incurred.

Items falling under any of these categories cannot be returned for a refund or store credit or exchanged for a different product, size, or color. Any return requests for such items will not be accepted, refunds will not be issued, and the item will be sent back to you. Please refer to the relevant pink tabs below for more details.

Our team inspects the returned item carefully and strictly. No matter what your return reason is, if you return any item that falls under the Return Restrictions, outside of the 30-day return window, Last Call or Final Sale here or here, or INELIGIBLE for return, we will not accept the return, refunds will not be issued, and the item will be sent back to you.

- By clicking SUBMIT the Return Form, you also agree to the Returns and Exchanges Policy. We reserve the legal right to refuse the return that violates the Returns and Exchanges Policy. We will take legal action if fraud is detected or a dispute or chargeback is filed in violation of the Returns and Exchanges Policy. -

  • We encourage you to sign up for an account. It is easier to find all your order numbers and histories, track your package, and process returns.

  • We have been strictly monitored for the cleanness of our warehouse, stocks, and the safety and health of our employees. To keep exposure at a minimum, we have only a few employees at work and they are required to wear masks and gloves while working with all merchandise incoming and outgoing. You can find out more about our sanitizing procedure here.

  • Since Covid-19 started, we have seen an increased number of return cases under the return restriction. We understand that Covid has brought challenges to some people's lives and we are really sorry to hear that some of the customers have to go through it. However, we still cannot make an exception to accept returns outside of the 30-day return window. We also need to protect our warehouse workers from getting Covid or any variance.

    We are happy to process the return that follows the return policy. However, any return outside of the 30-day return window due to traveling, Covid-19, or Covid-19-related issues, will not be accepted. Even if you return the item, the refund will not be issued and the item will be refused and sent back to you. If you have an unforeseen issue that caused the delay in return, you must notify us with a valid document or information before the 30-day return window. All the documents or information will be under review by the management team. If you send the documents or information afterward or if you cannot provide a valid document to prove that you are unable to return the order within 30 days, we reserve the legal right to refuse the return.

 
  • We understand how difficult it is to purchase online without trying the item on first! If you would like to exchange the item for a different product, size, or color, please follow the steps below:

    1. Place a new order that you would like to exchange.

    2. Fill out the RETURN FORM at the top of the page. In the Reasons For Return or Exchange column, please let us know the new order number.

    3. Return the original item(s) by following the “Return Procedure” in the below tab.

    For your convenience, you can choose a full refund to store credit or a partial refund to your original form of payment. The detail of a full refund and a partial refund can be found in the last tab “Refunds And Processing”.

    Please note that the exchange must be made WITHIN 30 DAYS from the day you place your order (AKA the order date on the order confirmation email that we send you) for items in BRAND NEW condition. Item must arrive on the 30th day. Otherwise, we will not issue a refund and the item will be refused and sent back to you. After we inspect the returned item and it is approved, we will send the exchange item you ordered.

    The exchange process is free of charge for one-time only. Any return request made AFTER the exchange will not be included in the free service no matter where the order is shipped from. The original shipping charges, $8 to $15, are non-refundable, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

    No matter what your exchange reason is, any items that fall under the Return Restriction, from "Last Call" or are marked as "Final Sale" here or here cannot be returned for a refund or store credit or exchanged for a different product, size, or color. Any exchange requests for such items will not be accepted, refunds will not be issued, and the item will be sent back to you.

  • • We are bummed things do not work out for you, but here is the good news: we accept returns WITHIN 30 DAYS from the day you place your order (AKA the order date in the order confirmation email you receive) for items in BRAND NEW condition. Item must arrive on the 30th day. Otherwise, we will not issue a refund and the item will be refused and sent back to you.

    • We kindly ask our customer to ship the return within 2 business days after receiving the email of the return address or return label to expedite your refund process and help us streamline the stock management. If you are unable to return in 2 business days, please also inform us in advance to avoid an additional late return fee of $5. Please plan your return including the shipping time properly to avoid any delay.

    • We are happy to process the return that follows the return policy. However, any return outside of the 30-day return window due to traveling, Covid-19, Covid-19-related issues, or any reasons, will not be accepted. Even if you return the item, the refund will not be issued and the item will be refused and sent back to you. If you have an unforeseen issue that caused the delay in return, you must notify us with a valid document or information before the 30-day return window. All the documents or information will be under review by the management team. If you send the documents or information outside of the 30-day return window or cannot provide a valid document to prove that you are unable to return the order within 30 days, we reserve the legal right to refuse the return.

  • • We kindly ask you to examine the product carefully before returning it. If you have found any problems with the item, please let us know in advance before sending it back. You cannot return anything worn, damaged, washed, with any stains or smell of perfume, or altered in any way. Besides the courier’s package, your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, garment bags, and the original clear product bag with the product name and number on it*. All the original product tags, clothing labels, and return tags must be attached and footwear must be in its original shoe box.

    * We will reuse the original clear product bag with the product name and number from the brand so please open it carefully and make sure they are reusable when returning with the order.

    DO NOT SUBMIT A RETURN FORM AND REQUEST AN EXCEPTION REGARDLESS OF YOUR REASON FOR RETURNING THE ITEM:

    • If you return any item that falls under the Return Restrictions or does not comply with any terms and requirements mentioned above, the return will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to you.

    • All sales are final. Any items from "Last Call" or marked as "Final Sale" here or here cannot be returned for a refund or store credit or exchanged for a different product, size, or color. If you send back an item from Last Call or Final Sale, we will not accept the return or issue a refund or store credit and it will be sent back to you.

    • "Bags", “Jewelry”, or "Sunglasses" cannot be returned for a refund but you can exchange them for a different size, color, style, or store credit. Please follow the Exchange Policy above.

    • Unauthorized returns: Please DO NOT return your item to the address on the shipping label we sent you. The return address is different. Please understand that we are not responsible for the loss of the return package without our consent, and we will not refund you. Unauthorized returns received at our warehouse will be rejected and returned to you. You will be responsible for any applicable freight charges incurred.

    We understand that buying Last Call or Final Sale items, bags, jewelry, or sunglasses can be tricky so if you have any questions about the sizing, fitting, or anything else, please CONTACT US before placing the order. We are happy to help!

  • Although we accept returns, we do monitor the number of returns made by each customer. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your IMWIM account.

  • - Free Return:

    • We offer FREE RETURN for customers in MANHATTAN and BROOKLYN areas with FULL-PRICED orders!

    - Free Return Exceptions:

    1. Return from areas outside of MANHATTAN and BROOKLYN: the original shipping charges, $8 to $15, are non-refundable, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. The return shipping fees are not covered, either.

    2. Purchase with the promotion or discount code: the original shipping charges, $8 to $15, are non-refundable, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. The return shipping fees are not covered, either.

    3. Purchase the EXPRESS shipping service: the original shipping charges, $45+, are non-refundable, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. The return shipping fees are not covered, either.

    Please note that the original shipping costs are charged by the courier and they are non-refundable according the courier’s policy. If you fail to return the item on time (please see Return Procedure Step 5), there will be an additional late return fee of $5 deducted from the money to be refunded to you.

  • Please DO NOT return your item to the address on the shipping label we sent you. The return address is different. Please understand that we are not responsible for the loss of the return package without our consent and we will not refund you. Please follow the steps below:

    1. If you have an account with us, start your return by logging into your account at the top right of the website. If not, you could find the order number in the order confirmation email we sent you.

    2. After you log in, click the My Account link to view your orders.

    3. Once you have found your order number, simply fill out the RETURN FORM at the top of the page. For your convenience, you can choose a full refund to store credit or a partial refund to your original form of payment. The detail of a full refund and a partial refund can be found in the last tab “Refunds And Processing”.

    4. After reviewing the return form:

    • For FULL-PRICED orders from MANHATTAN and BROOKLYN areas: we will email you a return label.

    • For orders with DISCOUNT or returns from areas outside of MANHATTAN and BROOKLYN: we will email you the return address. You can choose any courier you prefer but please make sure the return will be delivered within 30 days. We suggest you ship the return with an insured and signature shipping method because we are not responsible for any package lost in transit or not deliver. Once the return is shipped, please email us the tracking number so we can prioritize your return process.

    5. After receiving the email of the return address or return label, you must return within 2 business days to expedite your refund process and help us streamline the stock management. If you are unable to return in 2 business days, please also inform us in advance to avoid an additional late return fee of $5.

    6. Print your label and place it firmly on the outside of the package.

    7. For returns from MANHATTAN and BROOKLYN areas, please use only the "Priority Mail Box", "smaller box", or “reusable pak” that we sent you to pack the return order. Other boxes, such as flat-rate boxes or larger boxes will cost extra shipping fees that we do not cover. Any extra shipping fees incurred by shipping with the incorrect package will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

    8. Write your order number on the outside of the package to expedite the return process.

    9. Drop off at your nearest FedEx location, USPS location, or UPS location, or CONTACT US 1 day in advance to schedule the pickup service from USPS.

  • We understand how difficult it is to purchase online without trying the item on first! If you would like to exchange the item for a different product, size, or color, please follow the steps below:

    2. Fill out the RETURN FORM at the top of the page. In the Reasons For Return or Exchange column, please let us know the new order number.

  • • We do not offer free international returns at the moment due to high costs. We cannot refund duties, taxes, or original shipping charges, either.

    - Return Restrictions: Same as Return Policy above.

    • For your convenience, you can choose either Address 1 (NYC) or Address 2 (Taipei) to return your order depending on your location. Please CONTACT US for the return location you prefer.

    • Please follow the steps below:

    6. Print your label and place it firmly on the outside of the package.

    7. Write your order number on the outside of the package to expedite the return process.

    8. Drop off at your nearest local courier shipping center.

  • For your convenience, you can choose a full refund to store credit or a partial refund to your original form of payment. Please note that refund or store credit can only be issued for eligible items that are in brand-new condition. No matter what your return reason is, it will not be issued if the item is under the Return Restrictions, outside of the 30-day return window, or INELIGIBLE for return. For any items from "Last Call" or marked as "Final Sale" here or here, a refund or store credit will not be issued.

    If you have trouble receiving the refund, please CONTACT US.

    • Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges, $8 to $20, for U.S. orders outside of MANHATTAN and BROOKLYN areas, international orders, or any orders placed during the promotion. In addition, duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable.

    • Refunds will be processed in approximately 3 to 7 business days after we inspect and accept your return. It will be processed directly from either Stripe or PayPal and you should receive a refund process confirmation email from either of them. We will not send another email so please double-check your inbox or junk mail.

    • Please allow 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your account. Days may vary depending on your bank and your original form of payment (credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal), which might settle faster than the estimated day.

    - Full refund to store credit:

    • After we inspect and accept your return, we will email you a code as store credit to apply to the next order with no expiration date. The full refund will be the same as the “Total amount” you paid in the order confirmation email that we sent you.

    - Partial refund to your original form of payment:

    • All the payments require processing fees and we will cover them for you when you place the order. However, these fees are non-refundable when issuing a refund because the fees have been taken by the payment processor according to their new policy, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please find the details below.

    1. Credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay:

    Payments made by credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay require 2.9% + 30¢ processing fees and the fees are non-refundable when refunding due to Stripe’s new policy, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please visit the Fees page for more information.

    If you make a payment with a non-US card, it will require an additional 1.5% processing fee and the fees are also non-refundable, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

    ▷ For instance, if you place an order of $100, it will incur a $3.2 fee. Therefore, the final refund you will receive is $96.8.

    ▷ If you pay with a non-US card, it will incur an additional 1.5% fee, which leads to a total $4.7 fee. The final refund you will receive is $95.3.

    2. Afterpay:

    Payments made by Afterpay: require 6% + 30¢ processing fees and the fees are non-refundable when refunding due to Stripe’s new policy, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Afterpay is currently available in these countries: Australia, Canada, France, New Zealand, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

    ▷ For instance, if you place an order of $100, it will incur a $6.3 fee. Therefore, the final refund you will receive is $93.7.

    3. PayPal:

    Payments made by PayPal require 3.49% + 0.49 processing fees and the fees are non-refundable when refunding due to PayPal’s new policy, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please visit the Fees page for more information.

    If you make a payment with a non-US account, it will require additional processing fees, depending on where you base, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

    ▷ For instance, if you place an order of $100, it will incur a $3.98 fee. Therefore, the final refund you will receive is $96.02.

    ▷ If you pay with a non-US account, in CAD, for instance, it will incur an additional 1.50% + 0.59 CAD, which leads to a total $5.58 fee. The final refund you will receive is $94.42.
