The Jarrah Dress is upbeat in 100% cotton with polka dot and floral embroidery and flower appliqués. This mini dress features a sweetheart neckline with ruffles and elastic at the shoulders, buoyant puffed sleeves, and a bust that’s gathered at the center. The bodice is smocked with a peplum ruffle at the waist and continued smocking below, to a final scalloped flounce at the bottom.
